These sessions open to everyone but are free to anyone on a Barefoot Training Plan please let me know via email if you wish to join and are on the plan and I will add you manually. These are 40 minute online sessions covering a different topic each month: November - Periodising and Understanding your Plan December - Goal Setting/Mental Resilience for Sport January - Land Drills, Balance and Yoga for SUP February - Nutrition and Fuelling Your Race March - Race Prep and Race Tactics Please drop any questions you have beforehand for answering during the session.
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24hrs before your booked session or you may lose your money. However we are pretty understanding and know life can change :)
