Wells Beginner Tour

Service Description

While away the hours exploring our exceptionally beautiful salt-marshes. This session is for complete beginners or those wanting a gentle tour. We start with 30 mins tuition on land where you will learn from one of the UK's most qualified paddleboard instructors we will go over the equipment, safety and basic technique. We then take to the water and use the natural push of the tide to take us up into the stunning salt creeks taking in the beautiful nature we will see along the way we then wait for the tide to turn as it gently takes up back to the start point...if there is time and the groups ability allows we will float up to the harbour where we can take in the stunning sculpture of the Lifeboat Horse created by Rachel Long. Please note the following: - You must be able to swim 50 meters unaided - A minimum of two people are needed to run the session - Beginners need a gentle wind (12 knots max) in order to get the most from your session so sometimes I will need to rearrange to ensure you have a fun session - If conditions don't allow we offer to reschedule if you need to cancel the refund will be offered minus the booking fee of £10 - Although the session states 2 hours we are reliant on the tides so it could be slightly less or longer Included: - Award winning Starboard Paddleboards and Paddles - Palm Safety Quick Release Leashes - Buoyancy Aids (if required) - Waterproof Bags and Waterproof Phone Cases (use at own risk) - Rain Jackets (if required) - Refreshment (water or hot chocolate) - Sweet snack (you've earned it!) CANCELLATION TERMS We reserve the right to cancel on the day or during the session if the weather conditions arent safe to run it in or change while we are out. If we cancel you will be able to reschedule to another date with spaces or be given a voucher for the full price that you can use within the next 3 years or if you require a refund it will be minus a £10 admin/booking fee per person.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24hrs before your booked session or you may lose your money. However we are pretty understanding and know life can change :)
