Sam is a fantastic instructor. She is patient and her love of the sport can’t help but rub off on you. There is no pressure so you can progress at your own rate. If you have ever thought about giving SUP a go start here, you won’t be disappointed.

I've just returned from a SUP point to point paddle with Sam it was awesome. Well thought out route with enough periods of challenge and calm, some great direction, from super friendly and hugely experienced and knowledgeable instructor. Sam is obviously such a skilled practitioner and she is also a great teacher. Final little touches such as a personal dry bag containing snack and choice of hot drink in your own flask made it perfect.
